Website for building blueprints

Business idea is to convert layman illustrations to professional building blueprints (see attached file [login to view URL]). Customer projects can be any kind of alterations to buildings or new constructions. I need a website where the customer easily can upload input material and descriptions for the new project and pay for the service. Input materials are usually files with maps and illustrations in pdf or jpg/png/bmp format Attached is a flowchart that tries to outline the main functions of the website ([login to view URL]) Some requirements: R1.).It will run on my environment and server - I do not really have a preference on what technology that is used to develop the site but the site will run on my web server (shared hosting solution provided by [login to view URL]). I have shell/FTP/SFTP/RSYNC access but cannot use traditional crontab as it is not allowed R2.) Every new project that is created needs to be defined by a unique case number. All files related to the case needs to be stored in folders or tables with the same unique number as reference. One customer login can have several projects R3.) It must be easy to post a new project, hence no tedious registration process please, make it simple with Facebook login (or just email & password for those that do not have Facebook). R4.) The payment solution is based on Klarna Checkout and has to be integrated through their API´s. Full instructions on the klarna website --> [login to view URL] R5.) There has to be a separate and unique folder structures for each customer 1.) customer upload area / My uploads 2.) admin editing/review area 3.) customer delivery area / My downloads. R6.) There will be 3 roles --> 1.) Customer 2.) Admin 3.) Illustrator. The admin will be the quality responsible and will review the work of the illustrator before the files are places in the delivery area (#3 in R5 above). Admin will have illustrator privileges as well R7.) There is 3 different statuses for each project 1.) Review. 2.) Ongoing 3.) Closed R8.) There has to be a chat for each project where clarifications can be made and interaction take place R9.) An email notification system to both customer & admin whenever events take place. (New chat message, new project, new delivery etc) R10.) Front page needs to be informative about the service and past success stories. I will provide the logo for the site R11.) The site language will be developed in English for simplicity and easy interaction between me and you the developer but I need to translate to native Swedish language once the site shall go live. I will need to have multi-language support with an easy solution to translate language files so I can add more languages in the future
