Website Redesign- Beautiful and SEO Forward

PLEASE READ REQUIREMENTS FULLY BEFORE BIDDING. The project: Redesign a Squarespace Website into a beautiful medical themed Wordpress site. We'd really like to present a beautiful redesign and focus on as many on-page SEO practices as possible. There are roughly 25 pages on the site. Please start the install using Genesis Framework as the theme and Beaver Builder as the page builder and Gravity Forms for any form work. Anything we need in addition to that is usually unique to the project. Beaver Builder is a bit unlike other builders in that there are ways to save items as reusable components that end up making headers/navigation/footers/etc... please create reusable elements for future use. We will provide these and any plugins. NO CRACKED OR FREE PLUGINS ARE TO BE USED ON THIS SITE. Here are the priorities for this redesign: The pages have to be SEO optimized. These current Squarespace templates are missing the important tag hierarchy. They need to have H1 and H2 tags with the focus keyword that is relevant to the page. The homepage has to have enough written content to game some level of authority. We need the topical pages to be conversion focused. Calls to action for phone calls, and form submissions, above or near the fold. Beaver Builder has a modal feature that you can drop a form into if space becomes an issue in that regard. The design has to reflect the clinical and professional nature of the business. Please review the current site for a sense of brand and aesthetic. I'm going to be putting a lightbox together for the client to review of stock images you will be able to use on this project. This site really needs to be beautiful and any rewritten English needs to be perfect. Please do not bid unless you can 100% meet these requirements. If this site is a success, we have many more websites to be built.
