I need someone to build a quality and beautiful money making classified website for me where people will go to post both free and paid ads. Hey, the main reason for this business venture is to generate serious income for me OK? This website will have some Categories and Sub-Categories that will allow users to select their various choices and be able to post their ads on each as they like. The website will have premium ad features that people can buy to be able to promote their different ads in order to generate income for me. Yes, ad posting will be free but those premium services like, Bump My Ad, Top Ad, Highlight Ad, Homepage Gallery Ad, Discount Ad/Price, Urgent, Banner Ads, Google Ad sense, Etc... All Ads must expire automatically after 60 days for all free Ads and 90 days for all paid and premium Ads. Automated emails will be sent to ad posters prior before the expiration date. The Admin will have the powers to cancel, edit, remove or delete any Ad that violates the websites terms and conditions from the Admin section. The main reason for building this website is solely to generate income by allowing individuals, companies and small business owners to post their fee and paid ads on the website via any category of choice. Users and posters should be allowed to upload a maximum of 10 pictures per ad and also able to choose the ads main pictures for display. Payment methods for the website will be via PayPal and Stripe which all includes Visa and Master Cards payment options. I will share some reference websites to whoever will win this bid for him to start work immediately if everything is agreed upon with me. Please Note: Quality work and design is needed to win this bid, so if you cannot provide those do not ever wish to contact me at all. Again, you must be willing to work with me, accept feedback and implement same whenever some changes are required. this website must host unlimited number of Ads as well. You must be willing to let me know how you intend to develop the website, what platform you plan to use and how long it will take you to accomplish the project. I have worked on similar project earlier, but my NDA doesn’t permit me to provide you details. To answer your question: We will be using php, code igniter Framework for development. The website will be 100% responsive. The integration with Stripe and Paypal will be done as required. Yes, the admin will be able to delete, edit ads, or even ban users for spamming etc. I intend to work on this project as i have to complete business know how as well for this. Along with this, The user registration with social media(signup via fb, gmail, twitter), will be integrated, we will submit a request for these, to fb, gmail and twitter and on approval will be added to out system. Other then approval from external links, the website can be design developed and deployed in 25 days. If the external link aren’t approved, we can always integrate them after we go live.
