Hi There I've never seen 3dVista before but I looked through the samples. So they use a ThreeJS and a custom made TDV-Player (that is what they called it) software. I can do this for you I am positive. I'd just need a link to your site where you present the VR-tour and I can package it in an app for android and iphone. The only thing that bothers me is that you are a new user of Freelancer and you have no history and you're not payment verified.
