Hi, I will gladly help you with this! If I've understood you correctly, you need the slider for amount and buttons for duration, but no term option. And full width instead of two columns. Do you need the proceed button and creditcard icons? If so, what action should the proceed button do? If you need proceed button action, I might have to charge an hour extra.
