Migrate/convert two separate language websites from [login to view URL] to a multilanguage [login to view URL]

Our company has a corporate website that is hosted on Wordpress.com. It consists of two separate sites [login to view URL] and kaoptimus.wordpress.com. The first one is an English version of the site and the second a Georgian version.
The goal of this project is to migrate [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] to a new hosting service - [login to view URL]
[login to view URL] and [login to view URL] both feature the same customized Anemone theme. It was included in [login to view URL] subscribtion. We will from our side provide the original theme bought from [login to view URL] All the current customizations done to the original theme at our current website will have to be migrated to the new location.
The new website should be published at [login to view URL] domain and have two language versions that will be available for switching. We are open to suggestions about the design of the language switcher.
Main deliverables
1. Have one multilanguage (english-georgian) website that includes all content from the pages [login to view URL] and kaoptimus.wordpress.com.
2. Have the same design as the original website
3. Have a tool to edit the translations/multi-language texts.
We provide:
1. Administrative access to our current websites and new hosting account.
2. Buy a theme for the new website from [login to view URL]
3. Provide assistance for texts in Georgian language.
Any commercial (non-free, trial) plug-ins that might be used should be agreed in advance before the project start.
