Mobile phone repair app

I need a responsive website. I would like it designed and built. The theme of this website is same as ismash mobile phone repair website for the UK market. The app/ webpage should allow users to select the repair job required and select postage options. The postage options should allow the user to enter phone imei and personal details needed to track the phone and return it after repair. The webpage / app should allow an option for the client to send their phone to the repair shop by personal courier or royal mail delivery - on the ismash app this is built into the app so the postage is paid and the user can print off the postage label to send the item - see the ismash website for this function. The app should have an admin page to track all repair jobs and send updates to the user at different stages, i.e. received item, in repair, notify the user of any new issues and confirm if that new issue should be repaired too and add the cost of additional repair to the users invoice, once the repair is completed the return postage price should be added to the user invoice and a postage label should be printed an invoice page should be generated and an invoice page should be generated to send back to the user with the repaired item. The admin page should also have a dashboard to show the number of jobs at each stage allowing drilldown of each section to work on each phone and mobe it onto the next stage. On the admin page i also need to have a thank you letter to send along with the invoice informing the client of extra work that was done as free service. The letter should be constructed by selecting different check boxes to format the wording of the letter to make it personalised or if no details are checked a standard letter is composed. The wording associated with each selection should be editable by the admin. Also at each stage of the repair when an update is sent to the client they should get a message to send to their contacts about the service. If you need anymore information please let me know.
