Hello I am trying to come up with a multi tabbed template (3 levels) for User Interface for a project I am working. I am not new to VB but I don't have enough bandwidth to develop the UI screens from scratch. Need some one to help me with a scalable template for the multi tab forms. I also need suggestion on form scaling when one of the lower level tabbed form is much larger than the size of the multi-tabbed window to start with. I am also looking for some help to dynamically build a tree type UI element from data coming from a flat file/process that outputs data in this format. Parent 1 - 1 child - 2 child - 3 child ..... ...... -n child. Parent 2 - 1 child - 2 child - 3 child ..... ...... -m child. and so on... The tree control needs to have a check box for each child and a searchable text field where I can filter the children on the tree, so I can check mark the children off interest for further processing.

I was also responsible the reagent department all software, which were created by me from the mechanical-check to the Roche specified and wrote down the required features about three QC measurement check. So about 60-70% of the production became to my responsibility. My work is around the production software’s, QC department, Reagent Department, and some extra project like android software development. This was a very hard job, because we know that perfect software could not be, but in this case, I cannot make any big mistake. I became a Leader Developer or Team Leader at 2014, at the start of the year. I got junior and middle level software developers. I had been working here for more than 6 years and I wants something else I think.
