I would like to hire a Programmer

Programmer needed for the modification and maintenance of a custom built data management application. UK based programmers are preferred due to the website been UK only with access to it required. The application was built using Python and can be broken down into 3 main areas. 1) The application pulls data off of specific webpages in the form of HTML code and saves these raw files to a folder in the form of a text document. This is done using Mozilla Firefox and all data is pulled from the same website. 2) These raw files are then converted in real time to fit a stencil/blueprint text file. The stencil has a predetermined layout and the relevant information from the raw HTML text files is used to fill in the blanks of the stencil and this is saved as another text file in a different location. Raw HTML code text files are all individual (100 grabs means 100 files) however converted text is saved to specific text files (100 grabs could be written to only a few text files) 3) The application finally uses different pages from this same website to determine which converted HTML file is saved to which finished text file. For example when the initial HTML code is grabbed and converted this is done indiscriminately. The application in its final stage matches information. from the converted text files to information from the website to figure out which text document to write the finished files too. The application was built around a year ago and is currently functional so I am able to demo it. I also have the python source code along with multiple versions of the application including the most up to date one. It is however very rough around the edges and has around half the functionally it should do in terms of grabbing and converting all the necessary information. Unfortunately my original programmer is no longer available so I am looking for someone who is good with data mining and management.
