Need a 2D cartoon animator

I am looking for someone to do an animation for the song "In the dark of the night" from the 1997 Anastasia movie, using the characters from Winnie the Pooh. Looking for quotes on full length and just chorus. Simple is fine, doesn't need to be movie quality, 6 or so of the characters in mind. Willing to spend a decent amount but larger cost will require a couple months to afford to start.
