i need font DESIGNER who cam built .ttf file from given images.

Here is an image of the font. Please note that the font must be EXACTLY the same as the image. I require 2 versions of the font. One with the arrows and one without. The one with arrows only requires letters and numbers. The one without arrows requires letters, numbers and other standard characters e.g. punctuation. Note the following: 1. I need all the letters as shown on the image [login to view URL] 2. I need numbers as shown on the image [login to view URL] 3. The numbers are hand drawn so you will need to recreate them and smooth out imperfections. 4. I need the standard non-letter characters (full stop, comma, colon, etc ...) but you must create these yourself to match the letters. 5. The arrows on the letters DO NOT need the dots. 6. You will have to create the arrows on the numbers yourself. The arrows drawn on the numbers as show on the image [login to view URL] can be ignored. 7. All arrows on the letters and numbers must be the same. 8. Note that the letters must all be the same proportions (height, width, thickness) 9. All numbers and other characters must also be correctly and consistently sized. 10. All characters are slightly angled to the right. You must ensure that each character is angled at the same angle. 11. The spacing between characters must be the correct. 12. The second font is EXACTLY the same as the first but it has NO ARROWS. 13. The font MUST work with standard Windows programs e.g. MS Office. 14. I do not need the lines behind the letters. I will draw the lines in MS Word myself to check the letters are correctly sized and angled. 15. The supplied TTF files must be Windows compatible font files. I am very flexible with regards to timescales, so please provide a cheaper quote with longer timescales. I cannot compromise on quality so please only reply if you are sure you can deliver.
