Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect Partner to join our team and collaborate on the design and development of our luxury projects. As an Architect Partner, you will be responsible for designing exceptional mansions, creating detailed floor plans, producing stunning 3D renderings, and developing captivating animations that showcase the vision and beauty of each project. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the project development team to understand the client's requirements and design objectives. - Create exceptional mansion designs that meet the highest standards of luxury and sophistication. - Develop detailed floor plans, incorporating innovative and functional design elements. - Produce high-quality 3D renderings that accurately portray the final look and feel of the projects. - Create captivating animations to showcase the architectural beauty and unique features of each property. - Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution. - Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate them into the designs. Requirements: - Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. - Proven experience in designing luxury residential properties, preferably in Dubai or other high-end markets. - Proficiency in using architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools. - Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional mansion designs, floor plans, 3D renderings, and animations. - Excellent knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and local building codes. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. - Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for delivering outstanding architectural designs. - Familiarity with the real estate market in Dubai and an understanding of the expectations of high-net-worth individuals. Remuneration: As an Architect Partner, you will receive 5% commission on contract for the total project value for each luxury property developed. The final price range for each project will be a minimum of $5 million up to $50 million, providing substantial earning potential.
