I would like to hire an Interior Designer - 18/07/2018 22:37 EDT

Looking for someone to help me bring my vision for my personal condo to life. Looking to have 3d design renders done based on my descriptions and help me work through some of my thoughts so I can take the images to have a contractor implement them. I have a list of images with inspiration that I'd like to incorporate, measurements of the space and images of already purchased furniture to help. Images for inspiration: [login to view URL] Kitchen will not be redone. Images of the existing condo attached. This is what I’m trying to achieve - let me know what you think. 1. In the picture labelled: Brick 3 you’ll see a brick effect of unfinished brick crawling up a column. I want to see if we can approximate that effect using the brick from the image titled Wall 1. Effect: Here is what I’m thinking. a) Have that brick climb from the bottom right corner and phase out in the bottom right quadrant as if it’s overlapping the painted wall texture found in the image titled: Wall 1 or Panels 1. b) either the brick covers the entire wall or just that paint effect. 2. In the image titled Wood vs Wall you’ll see an off-centre wood effect. In a similar way, I’d like the wood from the image Wood vs Black or wood 1 running the length of the wall, top to bottom. 3. In the image titled TV position I’d like to put a in a similar, space on the wall. Half overlapping the wood and half overlapping the black. 4. In the images titled Fire 1 & 2 I’d like a bottom shelf unit holding a flame on the extreme right hand site, adjacent to the 90 deg wall, perhaps above the wall plug where the twigs are. 5. On the 45 deg wall, I’d like a textured gray effect, like in the image titled Whole room.
