Manage and develop our current Adwords strategy

We are looking for some one to take over our adwords marketing. Due to an increase in business we can no longer manage and develop our adwords accounts so i need to find a relaible knowledgable person to take this over. We run a total of 4 separate adwords accounts for 4 different websites, this project is to begin with one account and then if we like what you do we will open up the other accounts to you and increase the numbers of hours paid. We have ourselves a very good understanding of the adwords system so we are only looking for adwords qualified people to bid on this project you must be able to show us that you are capable of doing the work before we will agree to use your services. We have years worth of data for you to use and optimize current campaigns and develop new. What we need: Create new campaigns based on old data or new keyword research Monitor the CPA to make sure this does not go over our target cpa Investigate new niche campaigns with keyword research Write good quality adverts and split test these. You must have excellent use of the english language. Monitor negative keywords on a regular basis Know how to set up display ads and start test campaigns for these Possibly investigate Video ads, we have some video content that can be used for some of these ads. Monitor ad positions to ensure our ad is appearing where we need it to on the page. Have a knowledge of google merchant centre, we already have a feed live which we would like optimized even further to imcrease convertions and reduce CPC. How we will help you We can filter the negative keywords if you pull the data out and then upload once we have filtered the list Help with top level keyphrases so you can carry out keyword research Work with you to make the campaigns as high quality as possible. We will initially be looking for 4 hours per week to be spent on this project, but this could increase further if we think your work is good enough and we ask you to work on our other accounts.
