Off Page SEO - Phase 1

Dear freelancers,

We are looking for a dedicated account manager who would manage our internet marketing and promote our products and website. This is a long term project that has two phases. Once we are comfortable with the work on a phase 1, we will create a new project and move to a phase 2 (described in short so you can see what to expect). Please, make your offer only for the phase 1 and only if you have experience and knowledge to successfully cope with the phase 2.

PHASE 1 (in details)

Phase 1 is divided in two chapters. First one is to check that we are in sync with website and products perception. Here we are going to evaluate your understanding of our business/products and your English proficiency. If you prove to be successful in chapter 1, you can proceed to chapter 2. If we (or you) are not satisfied with a result of our cooperation in chapter 1, project will be mutually terminated (no hard feelings).

CHAPTER 1

• Find the correct and strong keywords that would (in your opinion) lure our target customers on our website. Suggest at least 10 strong but not highly competitive keywords.

• Write short and long description of one of our products (American English).

CHAPTER 2

KEYWORD RESEARCH

• Competition analysis. Analyzing how our SEO competitors get on top of the search engines.

• Analyzing keyword density of every page of our website.

• At least 30 Keyword recommendations.

OFF PAGE SEO

Article Writing

• Recommend article directories that are appropriate for our business. At least 40.

• Write 3 sample articles that would interest our target customers.

Press Release writing

• Create a list of relevant press release submission websites. At least 40.

• Write 1 sample of press release (subject: our product launch to international market).

Directories for link building

• Create a list of relevant, high ranked, and “do follow” blogs. At least 30.

• Create a list of relevant, popular, active, high ranked, and “do follow” forums. At least 40.

• Create a list of relevant high ranked web site directories. At least 50.

• Create a list of relevant, popular and high ranked download sites for software submission. At least 50.

• Create a list of relevant, popular, high ranked and respected software review sites. At least 40.

Social bookmarking

• Social media advice.

All keywords, directories, blogs, forums and submission sites should be in English language, for English speaking audience and strongly related to our business domain (business to business software products).

ACTION PLAN

• Write detailed plan for off page SEO implementation (including methods, time frames and result expectations)

PHASE 2 (in short)

Phase 2 will be a new project after we are satisfied with the work done in phase 1. Phase 2 would be a long-term engagement paid on a monthly basis. Phase two will include: adwords management (which would include ongoing keyword research and writing addwords), link building, submitting our free trial to download sites and software review sites, writing and submitting articles, press releases and blog comments, blog writing (for our blog and your own), forum posting, directory submission, social bookmarking, reputation management, and all other actions that lead to higher page ranking. Our chosen internet marketing person or company will have to apply to our highly ethical internet marketing standards (white hat method only, no plagiarism etc.).
