I require backlinks for my website which is of automotive industry (cars)

i will later provide the keywords and the url to link back

Important And Strict Guideline For All The Links Required

WHITE HAT only, Google guidelines must be followed

Bl should be built manually (max 10 links can be created every day; plz. Do not exceed this limit)

Bl are required from relevant websites i.e. Automotive industry (cars), geo target is India

Bl must be strictly from pr 4+ pages (pr of the actual page where the link is placed will be counted) pr less than 4 will not be counted

Contain one of the provided keyword phrases in the anchor text

Bl should be within the content i.e. they should not be site wide or footer links

The content from which backlinks would be created should be unique and fresh i.e. No Spun content

Bl must be from english lang .com, .edu, .org, .in websites (no other domains are allowed)

Bl must be on a www, No subdomains

Linking websites should be at least 2 years old

Bl must be permanent, one way, non-reciprocal links from relevant websites.

Limit for number of out bound links are 20 (I will not accept links from page where obl is greater than 20) on the same page where our link occurs.

Each link from the domain must be from diff ip add and diff class c ip add

Link pages and our text links must be Search Engine Friendly, Static Html, Visible, Readable, Indexable and DoFollow

Page should not be excluded by [url removed, login to view]

At least 1 Bl must be PR 9, 2 Bl must be PR 8, 5 Bl must be PR 7, 10 Bl must be PR 6, 50 Bl must be PR 5

Strictly Not Allowed

Strictly No Black hat, Gray hat, Spam, Illegal, Automated Software, Bots, No tricking search engines or unethical seo methods are to be used

No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages or any pages blocked by [url removed, login to view]

No methods or techniques that will get the site banned, de-indexed or sandbox

No redirects, java links, jump scripts, framed pages, cloaking, css or 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session id's, etc

No contextual ads sites, scraped content, mirror sites, popups, intrusive advertising, no spamming, etc

No links from: Article directories, banned, porn, violent, illegal, adult, dating, torrent, link farms, link-exchange programs, gambling, ping, scraper, mirror, bad neighborhood, web rings, file sharing, rented links, ffa, under construction pages, paid traffic or any nuisance sites etc

No fake PR or sites banned by google, bing

No junk profile building techniques

No sites which ask for money later

Compulsory Details Required In Report

For every 50 links created, please supply an updated excel spreadsheet.

Site Name, Age, Type, Alexa Rank

Link Page Title, Url (clickable), Page Rank, IP address

Backlink target url, Anchor text

Date placed

All Links Will Be Tested

To check if all links meet requirements e.g. Do follow, correct page rank, anchor text, publicably viewable, indexed and all mentioned above

I reserve the right to cancel any link if it doesn't comply with requirements

Payment

I will assign 25% milestone after receiving the first 50 backlinks report and all the first 50 backlinks are live and i am satisfied

After that if required i will assign 10% milestone for every 75 backlinks or full 75% milestone after completing 500 backlinks

All milestones will only be released after checking the quality of backlinks as mentioned above

Notes

I want continuous seo for my website and would like a bidder to satisfy me and repeat the same project of building 10 backlinks daily with some modifications. I want to create a long term partnership with a successful seo expert
