Inbound Online Marketing Specialist

We are an expansion phase B2B software startup serving the technical services industries, engineering, construction, inspection and materials testing. We need to develop and implement an inbound online marketing strategy for website traffic generation and B2B lead generation. We currently have a marketing website with an introductory video for our product and need an experienced marketing professional or team of professionals to assist us with the following tasks. • Research and draft targeted value content for free offers, blog content, and subscriber emails • Improved SEO • PPC (paid search/AddWords) • Subscriber List building • Social Media Presence - focused primarily on LinkedIn • Subscriber Email campaign development and ongoing management We are currently evaluating moving our online efforts to a marketing automation system such as HubSpot, or go with a combination of tools such as Wordpress with Gravity Forms, Mailchimp, SEOmoz, Google Analytics and a CRM package. A discussion of your experience with these systems or other marketing automation systems would be valuable. Your responsibilities: - Create and manage a multi-channel brand and communication strategy with our team utilizing online and direct marketing techniques - Create email marketing strategies and campaigns to reach out to new users and reengage existing customers following best practices - Develop, recommend and implement social media strategies for all relevant social networking sites - Develop content themes and core messaging based on the direction and creative brief provided by our team - Write completely original, high-quality, SEO friendly articles that engages and expands our audience - Leverage developed messaging across multiple channels, including homepage headlines, product pages, brochures, press releases and more - Ad-hoc Writing and marketing projects as they arise - Contribute ideas on improving existing messaging and content - Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups and accounts, and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives - Provide and organize SEO and SEM campaign reports - Optimize keywords portfolio through testing with ad copy and landing pages - Keyword analysis for pay per click (PPC) campaigns and organic search results - Create SEO content for company website to increase traffic - Improve search engine marketing process - Manage CMS, email, CRM and other marketing tools - Compile reports and analytics using key success metrics Your qualifications: - Excellent analytical and organizational skills - Fluent English including excellent writing, grammar, spelling and formatting - A complete Freelancer profile showcasing original advertising content - An exceptional portfolio that demonstrates an ability to create compelling copy for a wide variety of brands, audiences and industries
