Phillipines Virtual Assistant Role

Hi I am looking to ad another virtual assistant to our team with hours ranging from 20-40 hours, this will depend on your hourly rate. Please do not place high quotes for the sake of it I know what salaries a virtual assistant can get depending on skill levels. The prerequisites for this role are exceptional English Skills, great communication skills, dedicated team member, looking for long term relationship, will do what ever it takes to do a job well. Here are some of the tasks you will be expected to do if you fit the criteria. Now not all of the tasks may be required initially but expect you to know how to complete these if asked . Mandatory Requirements for delivery Content Creation * Article writing, “spinning” and distribution and updating various blogs - at least 10 a week * Ebook writing - would be expecting 1 a month * Info product creation - will depend on the product but will be at least 10 pieces within two weeks * Weekly emails to customers depending on campaign Website Traffic Generation * Article distribution and posting * Forum posting * Blog commenting * Building back links * Search engine optimisation * Pay per click campaign management * Video marketing * Social networking Website Installation & Maintenance * Installing Wordpress blogs * Keeping Wordpress blogs and associated plugins up to date * Moderating blog comments * Joomla updates Customer Service * Monitoring & responding to customer service enquiries via email and Skype * Must have a very be able to talk over telephone clearly and fluently in English * Must be able to take messages over Skype to customers * Where needed make outbound calls for Research Purposes * Able to upsell products where required and generate leads (script will be provided) Research * Using Google and other software systems - daily * Data mining through websites for businesses - daily * building a database out of contacts gathered -daily * Complete a variety of research report at least 2 a month * Trend Analysis Other *Where required find other resources to perform certain tasks *Follow up on tasks with other resources where required *Daily updates should be provided in a short report format *Daily call over Skype to advise on updates and tasks updates *Copy checking documents I am looking for one person and not someone who has a team of people they manage. So any outsource companies please do not reply.
