This bidding is for foreign language website. Please assume you can't understand or read the web site's language or the keywords.
We will provide any translation services you may need and any help in that regard.
Website : the website is 3 years old. We sell sex toys. I will send the website name via PM.
We are looking for a full-service SEO solution which will improve search engine rankings on [login to view URL] for five keywords. We will provide the full keywords via PM.
OBJECTIVE
To rank in the top 5 organic search engine results on local Google for the five keywords, for 3 continuous months.
********* Reporting **********
We will require an Excel WEEKLY report with the following information:
1. URL of page where the article can be found.
2. Date the article was published.
3. URL of page where anchor text used
4. Anchor text used
5. Date the article was indexed by Google.
REQUIRED
- All SEO must be done using techniques that will not incur a penalty from Google. Project will stop if the site gets Google penalty.
- Suggest all onsite improvement, our team will make those changes. IF you want to add new content or make changes to our page on the site, you can send us the content.
- You will handle all off site SEO activity
- Freelancer must have excellent English communication skills.
- Weekly report that shows SEO ranking.
PAYMENT STAGES
1. 33% Payment after 1st month of top 5 Organic search engine ranking
2. 33% payment after 2nd month of top 5 Organic search engine ranking
3. 33% payment after 3nd month of top 5 Organic search engine ranking
If rankings leave the top 5 rankings for more than one week's time that month will be considered a stall,
A stalled month will not count toward the 3 months needed per keyword to finish the project, and will not result in payment.
A month = 30 days.
Fractional months do not count toward the total required.
Since there are five keywords, each keyword represents 20% of the bid amount.
Project is complete when either:
1. all of the five keywords are met and have reached stage 4 above :)
2. Both freelancer and I can agree to end the project. In this case the freelancer will have to release milestone of any unearned funds back to me

- No links from under construction pages.
- No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc.
- No link farms, link exchange programs, and web rings.
- No paid traffic sites.
No methods or techniques that will get the site banned, de-indexed or sandbox
