Help me with Marketing

My sister and I are authors and have written a romantic thriller, Behind the Facade. We have had some success on Kindle and, when we can, we run free and countdown promotions on Kindle Direct Publishing that usually generate some sales. We are in the middle of writing our next work, a fantasy trilogy, and have had some interest from a literary agent. We want to find someone with proven social and online marketing credentials and experience who can promote our first book and bring in sales while we concentrate on writing. We need someone intelligent, media savvy and with strong English skills. We would pay on a performance basis and would pay a percentage based on sales, to be negotiated. If you can generate consistent sales, we would then consider paying a regular wage as well as commission.
