Manager of Marketing, Business Development and Sales

We award the best and most exclusive clubs with an internationally recognized label. Currently over 200 clubs in over 50 cities have been awarded. We travel far and wide in search of locations that meet our rigorous criteria. Our multi-faceted approach includes evaluation of atmosphere, service, the so called "it" factor, and of course and in-person appraisal. For those who demand the highest quality in everything they experience, our membercard is the key to a perfect night. It allows our clients to receive complementary VIP access to every club in our network for two, 24/7 concierge service, special rates at 5 star hotels, and more. Later this year, we will re-launch with a completely new and significantly more extensive online presence on web and mobile. We aim to use this opportunity to strengthen our team and further grow our business. Responsible for: • Marketing plan (identifying and targeting audiences, strategy, initiatives, etc.) • Building awareness in the relevant segment (avid clubbers) • Advertising campaigns (online and offline) driving traffic and sales (internet marketing, social media advertising, print media) • Business development (collaborations, establishing us as the relevant network for premium clubbing) • Sales of sponsoring and advertising space is a potential add-on, depending on the candidate’s interest The ideal candidates comes with: • Facebook/social media advertising and/or google ads experience • Internet marketing (banner ads, PPC expertise) experience • 5-10 years in marketing and business development role • Affinity for clubbing in premium segment • Fluent English in writing and speech • Ability to work over skype/e-mail (global team) • Experiences in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Entrepreneurial personality with ambition • Sales experience (esp. in relevant categories, i.e. spirits, champagne, lifestyle…) is a plus
