Marketing Assistant - Social Media, Influencers, PR, Blogging - Beauty Industry Focus *Must be familiar with beauty industry and have keen knowledge of beauty products, brands, and influencers Tasks include * Researching and compiling beauty influencers on YouTube, Instagram, blogs * Researching and compiling retailers, magazines, and their key contacts * Creating and posting on Instagram, maintaining and growing account * Email marketing - creating and sending emails to listserv * Researching blog topics, writing articles * Graphic design and photo editing skills a plus * Photo editing skills a plus, but not necessary I'm also looking for the following positions. All 4 positions could roll into one, or be 4 separate positions, depending on your skillset. Graphic Designer and Web Designer/Developer Tasks include * Designing desktop and mobile versions of a simple e-commerce site on Shopify * Developing and maintaining the website - can start with a Shopify template * Design collateral and graphics for social media, blogs, and print materials * SEO skills a plus * Photo editing skills a plus, but not necessary * Must have an eye for design Personal Assistant Tasks include * Research for writing on a variety of topics * Compiling and organizing notes from reading and events * Booking appointments * Organizing schedule Video Editor Tasks include * Editing videos - splicing, adding captions, music, syncing audio and video If you can do one or more of the above jobs, please email me.
