Hi
I offer over 25 years international marketing experience in the high tech and IT (hardware, software and services) sectors in companies ranging from start-ups through to multi-national enterprises such as Fujitsu.
What I would do for you is:
1. Review what you have today.
2. Have a briefing call with you about what success looks like, who your target audiences are (geographic, vertical), what the solution specialism is that you offer and so on.
3. I'd then complete research to fill any gaps.
4. I'd then draw up a SWOT analysis and SMART goals for the marketing activity.
5. Once you'd approved those, I'd draft up the following:
(i) PESTLE analysis
(ii) competitor analysis
(iii) marketing communications plan including PR, AR, Social Media, Events, Website, SEM, SEO, Display Advertising (if applicable - could be online or offline), Channel Marketing (marketing to consultants, vendors, resellers / installers)
(iv) Buyer persona definition
(v) DMU definition
(vi) Stakeholder definition
Optional would be to look at your pricing
6. I'd send you the full first draft and we'd go through it together so that I could get your feedback
7. The final version of the two year plan is then drawn up based on your feedback and sent over to you to use.
If you have any questions then please let me know,
Kind regards
