Research & Structure of an Influencer / Ambassador Program

Marketing Strategy Only freelancers located in the U.S. may apply due to the nature of this project. Knowledge of U.S. Travel Industry preferred but not required. We need someone who can create an influencer/ambassador program. We are looking for guidance on how to get such program up and running from beginning to end. Ultimately, we want to create a strong program that will foster long term relationships with our ambassadors. We want ambassadors we can work with again and again on multiple projects (online an in person). Our ideal candidate should have previous experience working with brand ambassadors/influencers/spokespeople. There will be opportunity for more long-term work between us and witnessing the success of the program. ### Deliverable Examples ### * Contract agreement between company and influencer * Ideas on how to compensate influencers * Guidelines on type of content to generate * Guidelines on frequency and amount of content to generate * Guidelines on how to find the influencers (or advertise our offering) * Guidelines on how to approach the influencer * Guidance on tools/ways to manage all our influencers * How to package an offering to submit to influencers * Guidance on how to measure impact of influencers * Ideas on how to ‘feature’ our influencers on our end ### About Us ### * We are a travelling agency that sell group tours. * We offer group tours (e.g., Trafalgar, Globus, Collette) all around the world for adults. The average age of our clients is 65 years old. They are very active on Facebook. They are also present on Youtube * Our tour prices range from 1,300 to 11,000 (without flights). Our most popular tours sell for $2,000-$3,000 (without flights) ### Our ideal influencer ### * We want individuals who have the ability to network, engage with their followers to sell our brand, and maintain a professional tone * We are still unsure of what the compensation package will look like, but open to ideas (while we are looking to see if we can send such ambassadors/influencers on our tours for free in exchange for their content/advertisement, we are still looking at other ways to compensate them as this might not be profitable at first).
