Sales Development Representative for property management leads

Hello, We need someone to set up appointments for us for owners/landlords of units for rent that we find on Craig’s List. Essentially, you’ll be given listings like this which will all have a phone number. Your job is to call and set up meetings with our team to have a more in-depth sales conversation with them for us to eventually turn them into customers. It will be important that you have an understanding of our service and the product so we will make sure you are trained and prepared before you start and will support you as best we can. There is an opportunity here that if that you can learn more about our business and our product and start closing these leads yourself and make more money. The process: 1. You will use this sheet to manage the process which will have leads and an ability to track progress. 2. Contact leads and provides a high-level, general pitch about how our service can help their current process. 3. Set up appointments for our account managers to try to close the customer. 4. As you get better, we could discuss you working further in the sales process and trying to close leads yourself and make more money. 5.
