SEO & SMO my Website - new freelancers welcome - read complete job post first

i want seo & smo for my new website. This project is for new users because my budget is very low. * job will be long term last time i hire another seo expert. all seo experts say they need money in advance. and ranking will take 3-4 month. that is true but many fruaders do fruad last time i pay another seo expert on freelancer advance and not asked for report complete month but after 1 month when i forced for show work report. he show me work report after one week and just 10 links was submitted 5-6 links was active and all links was posted in last 24 hour. most of them are posted on classsified site. i was hire him on freelancer. i can show the prove. he said me close that job with 5 star i did and asked for open new job. and when i ask for report before open another job saw he was just making me fool. so not post another job and thought never hire another seo expert. But because i am paying very high rate to my content writer and add new content 4-5 days of a week. so thought i should try another seo with very new rate. And i already read alot of about it so now i need everyday report for first few week after that i need weekly report. i need backlinks from relvence site. Good chance for new users. i will pay 1000-1500 inr if you are okey with that rate then apply otherwise not. i need seo & smo if i saw work is good then i will increase rate. and ofcourse this time i am not going to make any payement in adavance. i will provide content according your requirement so dont worry about content. 2 content writer work for me. .because many poeple bid before read and later aurg for this is very low rate. use "redfrede" before bid so i will know you read the complete post.
