Research t-shirt phrases for Merch by Amazon t-shirt designs

I’m looking for a great virtual assistant to research t-shirt phrases for me to use in designs sold on Amazon via the Merch by Amazon program. The main components of this job are researching niches, checking for trademarked phrases, and finding top-selling t-shirt designs phrases. I need the niches and phrases used in the t-shirt designs to be thoroughly researched to ensure they will sell well on Amazon, that they do not violate any trademarks, and that they comply with Amazon terms and conditions. T-shirt phrases that are trademarked or designs that are in violation of Amazon’s terms cannot be used and will result in my seller account being banned. The first set of tasks for this job will be watching and familiarizing yourself with a series of training videos that will describe the process to be followed to research designs, which you should do now before applying. The research process follows a specific set of instructions documented in the PDF attachment. This process has been proven to work, which is why I use it. Please review the attached research instructions, watch all the training videos, and do not apply if you are not willing to follow them. The job will pay $10 for a Google doc with 10 well-researched t-shirt phrases including links to similar top-selling t-shirts on Amazon (this is the project milestone). After that, if it is mutually beneficial for both of us (I am happy with the work and you would like to continue working), we can continue in batches of 10. The ideal person for this job will be someone who enjoys coming up with creative ideas and clever t-shirt designs. They must also demonstrate a strong attention to detail, be well-organized and have excellent communication skills. Experience with niche research and sales is preferred. The most important qualities are consistency, reliability, and a willingness to learn and apply new skills. Please answer the following questions in your bid.
