App for use with Stockade SQL database

We require to create a professional looking app to work with our existing Stockade SQL server database on our own hosted server.

Our database is currently accessible over the internet from any location worldwide. We wish to have functionality to:

(1) Allow any app user to create a Login (Verification of eMail required)

(2) Allow an app user to create a new account or link their existing Customer account to the app (multiple accounts are permitted)

(3) Show an authorised user their "virtual card" which will include their account number and a bar code or QR code on which can be scanned

(4) Allow an app user to securely add and remove a Payment Card (and set a default card). For PCI compliance only the last four digits can be shown in the app.

(5) Allow an app user to make payments or withdrawls to their Customer account using our existing Stripe merchant account (SDK's available online to speedier app setup). We have the SQL statements available to insert payment/withdrawl entries after Stripe transaction has processed successfully.

(6) Allow an app user to update their personal information address, phone, eMails, etc

(7) Allow an app user to access their live customer balance and loyalty points balances

Sensitive data such as the payment card information and passwords should always be stored in an encrypted format by the app and stored securely in the database.

We require the app to be available for iOS and Google platforms. We require the app to be developed urgently for a likely July 2018 deployment.

Furture development of the app will be extended to allow customers to view their transactions and send their number via NFC/RFID to a reader by our POS terminals when making a transaction. other functionality once the basic
