This is my first project of many. I am a business man from Canada and not involve in the Mobile software world. So this is new for me. I am however not completely new in the IT project management.
I cannot program so i need someone to create an app to be sent to me.
The app have to be available both in iPhone and iPad. Ideally, to be design with IOS 7 style in mind.
The app is a cooking or grilling timer application. There is a lot of app out there but none does what this one will do.
The app will serve has a minimilastik receip book with and integrated chain timer that can run simultaneously. This is the difference with all the app out there. They either run chain timers or simultaneous timer but none does both.
I have sketchs of what i want for the first version. there will be few substantial updates in the next months. I will provide them later when I have selected the right person.
For your quote you must plan that you will provide all the graphic design, layouts and database programming.
it will be for Iphone and iPad however iPad could simply have minimal changes just more info on the screen.
there will be about 12 types of screens to manage. Navigation menu with 3 buttons in the bottom
1- timer menu
2- receip list menu/ list editor
3- receip book
from the receip menu

this is when you enter the name & picture
then you enter the last menu where you add the chained events, for example
Text 1: Steak of Infrared grill
Time1 : 1:00
Text 2: Flip Steak
Time 2: 1:00
Text 3 : Put steak on indirect high grill
Time 3: 5:00
Receip menu (2) is a simple flip screen that display the name, picture, amount of steps and total time of receip. in this case, 3 steps, 7 minutes. from there you can select if you want this in the timers menu of not.

you will see all receip that have been selected, could be one or many like 5. in a list form
there will be a play button, the name, total time and a graph bar showing to time from 0 to whatever total time of the receip. the bar will be empty in the inside and will fill up as the time goes by when the timer is started. the steps will be also displayed on the graph at the right spot with a presence of a line. when the step is reached, a pop up with sound will come up and tells the instruction.
we need to be able to start at any time any timers and have them run simultaneously if need to.
