iPad App Development Medical Provider Rater
This project is to design and development an iPad application for a Doctor / Medical office.
Frontend:
The application should contain the following 3 screens:
Login in order to use the app with the following user details:
1. Login screen with
-Full Name
-Address including street, city, and state
-Medical Procedure performed
Use disclaimer at the bottom followed by a Next/Go/Continue button
2. A basic text editor with spell check similar to Apple TextEdit or Windows Notepad. What the user types in here should be associated with the login details on the previous screen. The text should be saved as a .txt file. The text file should be named the user's name followed by 1, 2, 3, etcetera in the case of duplicate names.
This should be a followed by a Next/Go/Continue button
3. Signature screen. This next screen should use the touchscreen features of the iPad to allow the user to sign their name. The signature should be saved as a jpg image.
The signature should then be associated with the login and text that was entered in the previous screen. The jpg file should be named the user's name followed by 1, 2, 3, etcetera in the case of duplicate names, similar to #2.
After this the App should display a thank you message with the logo for the Doctor's Office.
The app should then allow a staff member of the Doctor's office to upload the user information, text file, and jpg signature to a computer. Ideally, we would like to have an Excel spreadsheet with the user's information from #1 followed by the file name of the text file and filename of the image.
Backend:
The backend should allow the doctor's office to upload their logo from either the iPad photo album or a website address, office name, address and phone number. This info will then be branded throughout the app and on the thank you page.
