3D scanning and 3D design app beta for iOS

Looking for an experienced iOS developer using Unity, Swift, ARkit, objective C, ect. Needing a native iOS beta created for iPads allowing the user to 3D scan an entire person with a design interface and capabilities similar to 3D Creator used on the Sony Xperia. Also a design interface allowing the user to design onto the model with split screen 3D Photoshop similar functions only with a ProCreate similar design interface and tools including the intuitive brushes in ProCreate. The iOS beta project listed will need to be able to operate with a Apple Pencil for drawing and design.
I will provide a much more detailed and accurate design interface wireframe as well so I only need an experienced iOS developer with the ability to developer these functions listed above. The job must not take any longer than 8 weeks start to finish.
