Simple Android app

I need simple Android Java application coded as my school assignment - it has to have clean code, well handled exceptions etc. It should be very simple app usable for management of customers, orders and workers at some imaginary shop. The purpose of this application is to show Android development specifics, working with android controls etc. - I am writing paper on Android development and I want to show each functionality on the application. The app should be written in Eclipse with the use of Eclipse GUI editor - each screen should have defined layout in XML and Java class with functionality. It should be done in the same style as it is in Sams Teach Yourself Android Application Development 2 example with Trivia quiz (here [login to view URL]) The application should store all data in SQLiteDB. It should consist of several screens: 1) login screen - some welcome info with picture, login form (username and password) and registration of new customer link. Both customers and workers will be able to login from this screen. 2) Registration screen - registration of new customers - form with username, password, name, e-mail, address, phone, city, postal code and country. 3) Logged user screen - if customer logs in, there will be 2 tabs - 1 tab with available products and 1 tab with orders. User will be able to browse through available products, there has to be some table of products and if user clicks on it, more details will be displayed of selected product in new window. Each product will have its unique code, manufacturer, name, price and some text description. on details page, there has to be some button for ordering, after user type in number of wanted products, new order will be made. User will be able to browse previous orders on the second tab. Each order will have number, number of products, checkbox whether it was paid for or not and checkbox whether it was shipped or not. If worker(=shop admin) logs in, there will be 3 tabs - 1 with products - worker will be able to add new product or delete them, 1 with list of registered customers - worker will be able to edit or delete users and 1 with orders - will be able to change status of paid/unpaid and shipped/not shipped and edit or delete them. After click to menu item, there will be 2 menu items - show about application page and help. I will need all source codes, payment via escrow, communication via some instant messenger. I need this done within 7 - 10 days, it should not be problem for experienced android developer.
