I'm a an engineer trying to figure out cyber-security. I have a little project I'm working on and need all the help I can get to get it done quickly and effectively. It's also very important. 1. This work Implements a time stamping encryption algorithm using a chat application to demonstrate the proposed algorithm. The highlights of the system are to investigate how existing algorithms can be made more secure by the use of time stamping for converting plain text to ciphertext and using Elliptic Curve cryptography as a base to provide matrix keys. 2. The chat application should be written in Java or Python based on your preference. 3. I am open to concrete execution plans for this topic. I await favorable replies. I have attached a document to give the topic context.
