Hello, i am seeking for a developer that can build a marketplace where user and business people are able to find each other, for example like freelancer is doing but for another target group. The site allows to post the needs for site members while bidding on in a competitive tender process. - Design including Logo - No dummy text (content writing should be delivered in english language) - Admin panel needs to be completly set up with all necessary details, including all categegories etc. - Matchmaking like i am describing in my design suggestion in user flow - I could not design everything. All other design, flow and text should be delivered by you - Milestone system - Dispute system - Escrow system using [login to view URL] - Payment modules like Paypal, Credit Card, Skrill and other - Multi langauge (starting with english and german, then extend with other languages) - Multi currency - Tax management - Full copyrights - Proposal needed - Completly tested for all browsers - No upfront payment and i will not set up the milestone before project is complete finished - Onetime paymet with 900 Dollar once the project is tested and done for starting I will send the detailed scope document once we are chatting.
