Website for NGO with Wordpress (PSDs ready)

I need a good developer to convert my PSD design to a complete working website with all plugins installed and customized if required. All pages PSD files and design will be given to you. Timeline is 2-3 weeks IF YOU DO THIS PROJECT WELL, I will have many other projects for you! The project is not complicated itself but I need the provider to give me a wordpress admin simplified so the one who will update the website will do it very very easily. (check the attached file, Capture). This is a simple example of what I need. For ex, if you will add news, you have to fill the fields/select date/browse photo & add it. that simple. I also need the developer to be on skype so we can communicate on daily basis. Please carefully read below before you add your bids. I will not select you if you have not read it and saw my screenshots :) ==================================================================================== Here are some of the features I need: ------------------------------------------------------------------ -Website will be in Armenian but we can start in English to make communication easier -HTML 5 feel -Smooth and simple rollover effects (Menu or other buttons) -Slideshow -Newsletter -Calendar -Social Media shares -Search -Photo gallery, with the features: Albums, Multiimage upload, auto resize, dividing them by years. probably nextgen is the best -Each branch and each committee you select, you will see 2 right menus like "[login to view URL]" for it. a/ This means, each Branch or Each committee will have its own sub-divisions (News, Events, Photos...) which can be navigated from the top menu OR the right menu. b/ Second, we will be able to select another branch from the right side. so when you select another one, the content will change accordingly. -We need a link each event/news to its photo gallery with a simple way (View Photos button) that will take you to its album ==================================================================================== Basically the sitemap is: -Home -About Us + Subpages -Central Committee + Subpages -The Centre (one info page) -Activity Committees + Subpages -Branches + Subpages -News + Archive + Photo album for each news -Events + Archive + Photo album for each event -Calendars (Archive of their Calendars in PDF) THANK YOU and good luck!
