58157 DHTML Navigation

I'm looking for a DHTML expert to create a custom DHTML navigation system for our design. Here is an explanation of what i am looking for: We have a row of buttons, when one is clicked a DHTML layer should show in the table row below it with the links (image buttons) for that section. This is not a drop down menu system. The work must be original, and will be owned by us, and should be compatible with all modern browsers!!
