• providing technical and analytical expertise in automated system design, implementation, and support, including but not limited to implementing and maintaining applications. • Monitor and implement updates, OpenText version upgrade and new developments for the OpenText applications. • Perform highly technical and critical tasks required to support business critical applications and develop complex integrations between applications, Service Oriented Architecture and other emerging technology such as Cloud Computing. • Utilize database tools such as SQL Enterprise Manager, Oracle Enterprise Manager, SQL query analyzer, and PL/SQL. Generate ad hoc reports for management utilizing the Document Management System and Invoice Management System. • Create custom OpenText reports and work with Database Architect to perform database related tasks. • Configure Tomcat Apache Server and Internet Information Services. • Required to meet and work with vendors on implementing enhancements on OpenText related projects and work on weekend to meet project deadline. • Serve as a system administrator in managing rights, privileges and system access and maintaining systems tables, and system security. • Develop and maintain technical documents, procedures including requirement specifications, documentations and user-manual for use by systems, operations and technical personnel. • Provide training and guide users on how to use the applications. • Analyze designs or recommends IT Disaster Recovery procedures, solutions, and testing.
