A chat window has to pop up as soon as the page opens and have to train the bot in such a way that it will answer the question asked by the user. It need to be connected to SQL server to find for say if user gives order number it need to retrieve the status of that particular order number in the chat itself. Bot need to be trained by using Natural language processing, in such a way that if order and the status are encountered in the user question what ever might be the sentence formation or so it need to retrieve the particular order number status by understanding it.
