Laravel app for football stats using Backpack and Spark

I'm looking for building an app that will display sport stats. Anon users will be able to browse the website but will have limited access to stats and visualizations and there will be different paid membership levels, hence the suggestion to use Spark. The stats will be imported from JSON files but they should be editable via an admin interface, hence the Backpack requirement (I already have a license for it). Other features: - social login - payments through Stripe or Braintree (not decided yet) - stats visualization. For each game the stats are displayed as text (ie: tables) and graph. For the graphs you may use Vue.js, D3 or any other library you are comfortable with. One thing to be considered is that the graphs respond to user action (eg: they show detailed graphs) and between them (eg: when a team is selected in a graph, on another graph the same team, if present, must be selected) - responsive design using Bootstrap that varies a little based on membership level (eg: non-paying users will see the sidebar, low level membership users will see messages for upgrading). The visualizations will be responsive (ie: stretch to their corresponding containers). You will NOT be in charge of implementing the design but just provide a working application using the Bootstrap framework. However, because the graphs must match the design the visualization widgets must be configurable in terms of colors. - tests for critical features (eg: non-paying users don't see stats from higher membership levels, payment functionality is working etc) - user activity tracking to prevent the same account being used by multiple users. The licenses for Backpack and Laravel Spark will be paid by me, don't include them in your estimate. I am a PHP programmer with 8 years of experience and 1.5 years of Laravel experience but I'm too busy to do this by myself in a timely manner. I expect high quality coding.
