REQUIREMENT: Must be familiar with PayWhirl API or comfortable working with PayWhirl on existing site. VB.net, html5, css, javascript, jquey. Site is already running an taking payments with PayWhirl. I would like the site polished/cleaned/made more presentable and mobile friendly. Have the standard mobile site functionalities and navigation familiarity for users. add 2 pages ([login to view URL], [login to view URL] - pages just have to match the design/color scheme of all other pages) add unsubscribe option/ email unsubscriber and "admin" On signup page > add opion to "become a partner" and an option to enter a referal number. (partner ID) Make UI feel as if they were on a native app/make web app lite and fast (not heavy/slow with images) (no fancy technologies that can slow app down) Most importantly. The site must retain its payment functionality. as it currently is.
