Multi-Stage (3) CI/CD pipeline (SonarCube, Docker Compose, NGIX/Traefik) mutiple domains in 1 VPS

Need to start development of python (fastapi, flask, django) and React (NextJS, Vite, etc..) and need to setup a Multi-Stage (Dev, Test, Prod) CI/CD pipeline (example img attached) that will achieve the following: 1) After code is committed to GitHub/GitLab, code is deployed inside a docker container and be accessible from the internet with a subdomain of [login to view URL] with SSL certificate issued by Let's Encrypt 2) Next step, is to allow for promotion of Dev Code to Test, in that step we will have Sonar Cube code coverage analysis run, and the code will be deployed and accessible from the internet under subdomain of [login to view URL] with SSL certificate issued by Let's Encrypt 3) Next Step, is to finally promote code to Production, which will require a code that should match one of the codes inside a text file inside the server. This will again run Sonar Cube, and if results are above 50%, we will release the code and make it accessible on the main domain [login to view URL] with SSL certificate issued by Let's Encrypt For now, we will worry about redundancy, or blue-green CD, or any fancy config for production. All machines should run out of one VPS (1 IP), so we need to use a reverse proxy like NGIX or Traeffik. The goal here is simple, I want to focus only on coding, and not devops. We will need continuous devops support from the choosen candidate, which may later turn into a full time opportunity if the candidate is interested in this kind of engagement, otherwise we can continue as a side job on a hourly based engagement. Please provide a diagram, or text file explaining you approach and how many hours you need to develop this. Also, lt us know ahead of time what you need to perform the task, like server access (user/root), for us to set dns A/CNAME records, Cloudflare setup, etc... Don't care for appproach a long as it works Jenkins, Github actions, etc.. Just don;'t want to go with Kubernetes for now, maybe in the future. Hopefully you already have an ansible script that can just point to our VPS and get most config done automatically, which is something we will need in another job alter.
