Joomla programming assistent -- 2

I am looking for a Joomla programmer to assist me in the development of my websites. The work is 80% programming and 20% joomla customisation. You need to be able to write extensions. The code needs to be of the same quality as the standard Joomla extentions AND follow the Joomla program structure as close as possible. So you need a detailled understanding of how Joomla works as a mechanism, both front end as well as back end. Your english needs to be as good as native speakers and you need an understanding of western culture. It follows that i will most likely prefer someone non-asian. You need to be able to work with subversion as often we will be working on the same projects simultaniously. I use Eclipse, you can use something else as long as there are no conflicts. You will receive small(-isch) programming jobs on a regular basis, mostly expanding existing components. If interested please bid exactly 20 euro 'paid to you' so i know you've actually read this. If i feel you are suitable based on your message and profile i will open chat and ask you to provide a piece of joomla coding that is representativ for your programming style. It doesn't need to be a full application and it doesn't need to work, i just want to see the coding style.
