Joomla Template Changes - Rush Project

I am using Technopia from RocketTheme. I have mainmenu, footer and general template changes. I need it done quickly however. It's basic work for someone who knows templates well. 1. Template – Create a 30 pixel margin across the top of the page. Currently the header reaches the edge of the screen without a margin. 2. Template - Align the left edge of the home page image (main content) with left edge of the menu (header). 3. Menu. The split menu extends below the header. Make the header larger to cover all of the submenu items by extending the dark green color below the lowest submenu item. On the home page, the header needs to fit only the parent menu. When an item is selected from the parent menu, the header will need to increase in size to accommodate the child menu items on the child page. On Parent Pages don’t show the split submenu. On Child Pages show the full submenu. 4. Menu – For Parent pages and for Parent to Child pages on the navigation bar show gold font meaning its selected. Gold hex is #BEA97F. 5. Menu – On the menu, change the white font color to Beige. # E8E6D3 6. Menu – Remove the underline on Hover in the main menu 7. Menu - Decrease spacing between navigation items. Three letter spaces between them. 8. Footer –Use red font color for “contact us” on footer menu the other items have dark green font dark green. 9. Footer – Add a box to the footer and make the background gold. Fix the footer to the page so it doesn’t move with the page. Use a gold background for the footer. Gold hex is #BEA97F.
