Laravel expert needed for small tasks and ongoing fix-it work, as needed.

I have an active long established FREE site for readers and writers. It does not provide an income so I need to keep my expenses to a minimum. I'm looking for an affordable laravel expert who can help me fix things on my site when needed, make improvements, etc...I have a number of things I would like to get done on my site sometime soon, but here are a couple simple tasks I'd like to begin with: 1. Switch from member only back to everyone welcome: About a month ago I paid someone to turn my site into a member-only site, in which everyone is blocked from reading stories/novels unless they are registered and logged in. (Featured and pinned stories were made exempt.) It was an experiment to see if a lot of readers who come to Storystar regularly (40,000 mo) but never register nor participate, would join. I would say that a few more than usual joined, but very few of them participated. Not enough to justify keeping it member-only. So... I'd like to turn the 'block/redirect' off that is now preventing visitors from reading stories without registration. It was a quick and easy job to turn it on, so I am hoping it will also be quick and easy to turn it off? 2. I would like to make sure FB and Twitter share/like works for everyone - registered or not - logged in or not. I have a number of additional things on my to do list, but let's start with these two tasks. Please let me know the cost. Thank you.
