Help required on Latex Typesetting a programming book

I need help with typesetting a technical book on programming. You are NOT required to typeset the whole book but to design the general look of the various elements of the book, including but not limited to the following - 1. Fonts - for normal text, code examples (good code, bad code, output), headings, etc. (for hardcopies and pdf versions) 2. Layout for code listings. 3. Layout for tables, and images 4. Layout for boxes for Notes etc. 5. page headers/footers 6. Front matter 7. Page size, margins, dimensions etc. You will receive only a few pages (may be about 10-15) that will include the above elements in Latex format. You will need to use the given latex and customize its the header section (i.e. the part before \begin{document} ) as well the latex commands used in the content section. These updates will be replicated by us to the rest of the book. The objective is to make the content look professional. You must be an expert in Latex. Your changes must work in TexWorks/MikTex on windows. You need not worry about editing, technical writing etc.
