Why this project? I buy real estate/ immovable property, and to help me with suitable deals I need your help. Who can do this? If you speak good English, have basic internet/computer skills, have some software to call US numbers and can show perseverance through... you can do it. If you have done telesales or have sales/marketing background or love talking to people, chances are you will make it better.
How to? You find suitable deals (real estate / immovable property) doing internet search. I will give you the search criteria. Websites like zillow, realtytrac, craigslist etc usually have lots of potential leads (real estate). If you can find more places to and ways to search real estate deals that fits my criteria, better it would be. Next step would be creating a list of all suitable leads and testing them in my excel file. You will send me this list. I will go through the list and make an offer to each one (how much would I pay for). Based on my offer, you will contact the seller (via email, phone etc). You will pass on my offer to seller, and record the response in the main list. Our goal is to ultimately buy maximum number of real estate/immovable properties.
How tough/easy this job is? Like any sales deal, this too requires a lot of patience and time Investment. The ticket size is usually big, so it adds to the time taken in closing the deal, but basics always remain the same. The more leads you collect and call, the more chances are there that you get a deal done. The job cannot be called tough, but it requires patience, and daily inputs. Just follow the plan daily, and you will do it. In my experience, if you invest 3 hours daily, you get to close at least one deal in a month’s time. With experience and skills improvement, the number can be even more. How much will I get? There is no fixed salary for the job. It’s a commission based project. For every successful ( if I buy a property ) deal, I am ready to reward you good. Will pay you $1000 USD. I can advance a small fee per worked hour, to be deducted from the $1,000.00 Commission. Let me know if this is on your interest or not. Other important things I cannot super manage, and that’s why I need your help. So, I want some who is hard working and honest. I will expect a daily report to know how the work is going. I know you still may have queries, and I will help you with all your queries. Once agreed, I will send instructions on how to proceed with the project.
