Project Lead required

Hello, We are a small software and web development company, based in INDIA. We want you(freelancers) to get/bring software and/or website projects for us. You can do it by biding on popular online websites, like: freelancer.com and/or you can get it from your local circle, friends or from any other source, you feel convenient. The process of the total process will be something like:- You will get the project from the client and forward it to us and we will then directly contact the client(you supply us the contact information of the client) and we will get all the project requirement from the client, directly and will make the project done and will deliver the project directly to the client. You will get your commission(% of the project amount) and each time client pays any partial payments(for example: client pays 10% of the project cost at the starting of the project, then pays 70%, then pays 20% at the delivery), you will get your commission immediately from that partial payments, so you do not have to wait till the project gets finished. For example: you gave us a project which costs $1000 USD and client paid us 10% advance at the starting of the project which is $100 USD and you will get your commission immediately from us(for example: if your commission is: 40%. So you will get $40 USD immediately from us). The commission you will have for each project you gave us, that is open to discussion in between you and us. We are currently providing development work in the following technologies:- ------------------------------------- HTML, HTML5, DHTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, MySql, ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#.Net, WPF, WCF, Silverlight, SQLServer, Photo Shop, Flash, WordPress, DotNetNuke. ------------------------------------- By our day by day process, we are getting involved in new technologies too.
