Contacting Company in Bahrain which owes money to my company in Brazil

I would like my freelancer to be based in Bahrain and I want him to go directly to the headquarters of Jawad to speak to Mr Ritesh or to Mr Jawad, on my behalf, in order to have more information about the missing payments from footwear companies from Brazil. They owe us money and I am looking for a person who can go in loco and try to get some answers. The company information can be found on internet. I am a footwear manufacturer from Brazil and and I exported last year two containers from Brazil to Bahrain to Jawad Group. However, unfortunately they closed their fashion retail business and only remain in other areas, and since I am not being able to contact the buyers because many of them have been fired, I lost my connections inside. There, I need a person who livea in Manama and who can personally go to their office or call them in order to find out if they have any payment proposal for our company.
