This mission applies for our team and for our authors and publishers. - The voice of the authors and publishers will be heard if we do our job perfectly. - Your voice will be heard because in every work you do, you sign it by your full name. Besides, FNI commits to its employees to make them the best version of themselves; on the technical as well as on the personal level. We are looking for 6 ALL-STARS to join our dream team. All positions are remote --- So, suits are not required but the ability to work well and on your own and in a highly collaborative environment is! Who we're Looking for: - Interior Book designer and Typesetter - REQUIREMENTS: Mastery of the following tools: 1. Vellum 2. Ms Word 3. Indesign Deliverables: 1. Paperback 2. HardCover 3. Kindle (mobi) 4. ePub For security and accounting reasons, the contract will be through Freelancer.com platform only. So, no need to contact me outisde the platform. Work time: 8 Hours per day from Monday to Friday If you can work weekends, let me know how much extra you would ask? Monthly Remuneration: - You will get paid the 1st of every month through Freelancer.com - You will receive a monthly evaluation: 1. Your salary can increase if your quality and creativity increase. 2. Otherwise, you will receive your fixed salary and a negative report. Three negative reports on a row and you are fired. What you will get: Our HR Team will make sure to: 1- Offer you the latest trainings on Book Design because we want you to be the best version of yourself 2- Offer you a personal coaching to achieve your objectives (Personal and Professional) 3- If you are super-duper creative and you are a mess, we can offer you a virtual assistant 4- You can expect international trips, funded fully by FormatNow International because you will be the star of the interior design as you will be signing all the books you designed by your full name. 5- Gaming sessions with the whole team: PlayStation 4 (Fortnite, Ghost Recon and others) 6- Your propositions are always heard and welcomed because we want the best environment for creative people, so don’t hesitate to let your voice get heard.
