Hi there. Looking for some basic legal advice for the manufacture of a new industrial product i have invented. the item is semi-structural and could also been seen as a pressure vessel but the potential operating conditions/variables would determine this, which is where id like to find out how i can go about eliminating any issues and ensuring i avoid negligence. Appropriate candidate must be familiar with australian laws, worksafe and compliance requirements. Project subject to signed NDA and product details to follow that.
